Product Description

ZHD8003 is a kind of blend polyol used for pipe insulation system for pipeline anti-corrosion and thermal insulation . When it combined with isocyanate leads to the formation of rigid polyurethane foam by using PU injection foam equipment .The foam formed has the characteristics as following
1. The thermal conductivity is low, which can meets the requirements of city heating and energy saving.
2. Service life of the foam is very long lasting.
3. High temperature resistance and good dimensional stability of the foam, the highest temperature range is 140 ºC.
4.The Product also have a high strength.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Before foaming,The ratio column of the two components must be checked,Moreover, The operator should reset the radio for a period of time.t
2. ZHD8003 and Polymeric MDI should be controlled temperature, Prevented the summer temperature being too high,and heated in winter.
3. Exhaust before operation, and to avoid polyurethane foam escaped from cracks.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
The blend polyol should be stored in the sealed container to avoid the absorption of water vapor. During the transportation, it should avoid serious shake and strong sunlight. It should be stored in ventilated place, avoiding light, water and fire. Recommended storage temperature is 15~25ºC.

Skin allergies may result from moderate skin irritation and minor eye irritation caused by direct contact withZHD8003 type mix polyol. Respiratory allergies can be brought on by repeatedly breathing in large concentrations of volatile gas; this needs to be addressed right away. Treatment with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic medications is recommended. Please use caution during the procedure to avoid skin contact and splashing into the eyes. You should also wear the appropriate safety gear, such as gloves, goggles, and work clothing. After splattering on the skin or an eye, immediately rinse the area with water for a minimum of fifteen minutes, and then wash the skin with soapy water. Please get medical attention as soon as possible after swallowing.
