1.General description

Blend Polyol ZHD-8001RFI Series is a semi resin premix combined polyol, formulated with catalyst,stabilizing agents and other additves(if necessary) according to a parameter.It is a fully formulated polyether polyol developed for the rigid insulation of home appliance.

3. Preparation:

Before using,this polyol has to be mixed very well..

4.STORAGE OF MATERIALS
The  materials  are  sensitive  to  humidity  and  partially  used  drums  should  be  tightly  sealed  to
prevent the ingress of moisture.
 

ZHD-8001RFI-A (Polyol Blend)
The  Polyol blend has a  shelf life of three  months from  date of manufacture when stored indoors
at temperatures of 20-30°C.  The Polyol blend should be thoroughly mixed before use.


ZHD-8001RFI-B (Isocyanate)
The  Isocyanate  has   shelf  life  of  one  year  from  date  of  manufacture  when  stored  indoors  at
temperatures  of  20-30°C.  Avoid  storage  temperatures  of  below  0°C  (as  some  crystallization
may occur) or above 50°C (as formation of insoluble so lids may occur).

5.SAFTY PRECAUTIONS
Direct contact with ZHD-8001RFI can lead to moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation, which can cause skin allergies. Repeated inhalation of high concentration of volatile gas will cause respiratory allergy, and should be treated immediately. Anti- inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment measures should be taken. Please be careful in the operation to prevent contact with the skin and splash into the eye, please wear the necessary protective equipment (gloves, protective goggles, working clothes, etc.). Once splashed on the skin or the eye, rinse with water immediately for at least 15 minutes, and the skin is washed with soapy water. Please seek medical treatment immediately after swallowed.
